Hi, I am Pam, I am a dog behaviourist/trainer who has been the proud owner of many dogs over the years, both my own and foster dogs/puppies. I previously worked at a vets for 15 years so seen all sorts of shapes and sizes of dogs come through the doors, gaining all sorts of knowledge and tips along the way!
I am lucky enough to have Tom a 7yr old ex racing Greyhound. He was overlooked many times and stayed in kennels for over a year before we re homed him.
We had to work on a few bits and pieces such as house training due to living in a kennel environment but he has turned out awesome and gains fans wherever he goes!
He has been trained to not react to fearful or aggressive behaviour from dogs we are training – he has been barked, growled and lunged at but still stays calm and chilled giving off great vibes to reassure any dog that all is well. He is a star!
As well as Tom we have had many, many dogs over the years from a Yorkie to an 80kg Great Dane which means I can relate to all sizes and temperaments!

I can help with which dog will suit you and your household, to problem behaviours and training, so pretty much any dog issue.
I am fully insured and trained in canine psychology and have passed with distinction an advanced level 4 course in modifying canine aggression. I have attended a 2 day seminar on dog behaviour in Oxford, done an aggression course with IMDT, a first aid course with IMDT and regularly keep up to date with training for my continued personal development.
I am dealing with up to 8 dogs daily for doggy daycare so am definitely keeping up my practice with dogs! See my doggy daycare page!
I treat each dog as an individual, they have their own needs and wants, there is no such thing as one size fits all! I spend time with you and your dog to get to know you both and find a suitable plan to move forward allowing your dog to be much happier member of your family.
I “train you” to train your dog.
It is my view that it does not matter how much I teach them, as it is you who lives with them-it is no good if they act brilliantly for me and are a nightmare for you.
Although I am there for you every step of the way, with as much backup as required, it is YOU that does all the work, so if you do not want to do this then I’m afraid it won’t work-you only get out what you put into things!
Don’t hesitate to call me to discuss your needs. If you do email and don’t receive a reply within 24hrs please phone me as it may not have been received-I ALWAYS reply!
